Donate Your Shoes to Help Those in Need

Runners1 Donate Your Shoes to Help Those in NeedWorldly Soles is seeking your unwanted shoes for adults and children in Haiti, Africa and in the Himalayas. By donating your gently warn shoes you will make a huge difference for people who cannot afford shoes in the poorest regions on earth. You need to make sure that your shoes are clean and in good condition – preferably shoes you have hardly worn. Stuff in a pair of socks as this will help avoid blisters.

It is estimated that over 300 million children around the world have never owned a pair of shoes. Many poor people cannot afford good shoes and their chance of finding a job is hugely influenced by it too. In wealthy countries we often dispose of shoes which are hardly worn or have plenty of life left in them.

If you have walking shoes or joggers (or kids shoes) which are either of “Gently Worn” or New condition, then drop them off at the collection point.
