This weekend in Bronte – Saturday, 24 October and Sunday, 25 October – Global Child is having a sale of their unique selection of wonderful, quality children’s toys and gifts from all over the world. Many are Fair Trade certified, made by artisans in developing countries. There is also a great selection of organic cotton clothing and soft toys.

Eleni from Global Child has been selling her goods at different markets in Sydney and directly to customers in their homes. She has had a great time selling them, learning even more about the people who craft the goods and who directly benefit from their  sale and meeting so many wonderful people – suppliers and customers. Reluctantly, Eleni is selling all the children’s goods to make way for a new career!  For one weekend only all toys, gifts and clothing will be at greatly reduced prices, many at cost price, so your eco-ethical Christmas dollars will go far!

On sale, is a unique and varied collection of children’s goods that come from all over the world!  Some of the source countries include Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Thailand, England, Poland , Morocco, Spain, Peru and Russia.
