The menu at Flying Fish presents an inspiring range of fresh seasonal produce and daily seafood. You may choose to experience the 7 course (with wines to match also available) or simply drop in for a drink and relax in oversized lounges on the outdoor deck and sample the oysters from the Raw Bar menu.
