Ciao Pyrmont Village! Join in the fun at Sydney’s Primo Italiano Festival in Stanley Street on Sunday, 24 May 2009.

To celebrate their 5th birthday, the theme for the event this year is an Italian Wedding. Witness the proposal, the bride and groom preparations, the massive wedding cake, and enjoy Italian music and dancing.

East Sydney will become one large Italian piazza with the local cafes serving up their best Italian dishes. There are 3 stages of entertainment, Italian DJs, roving performers and a new area for the kids. And make sure to check out the fresh produce makers on Yurong Street, where you can buy tasty treats to take home.
