Yesterday afternoon, both Amanda and I traipsed down to the neighbouring suburb of Glebe, in order to conduct an interview with Roger O’ Halloran, the proprietor of the Fair Trade Coffee Company.

It was a both a real pleasure and inspiring to discuss the great work that Roger was doing with Palms Australia an organisation, that Roger supports with the profits that he receives from the cafe.

A detailed narrative of this interview will be presented here next week. The walk from Pyrmont to Glebe took 15 minutes.
